The Lake Charlotte ATV Association
Celebrating 29 Years of ATV Adventure in 2023!
In 1994, the Lake Charlotte ATV Association (LCATVA) embarked on a thrilling journey with a humble seventeen members and limited financial resources. Fast forward to 2023, and we proudly stand as the largest ATV club in Nova Scotia, boasting a robust membership of over 250 enthusiasts.
Our track record speaks volumes – the LCATVA has consistently maintained an excellent safety record and is home to some of the finest trails in the province. The magic happens with a modest membership fee and the energy of two exhilarating Rallies each year, generating crucial funds for the development of new trails and the maintenance of existing ones.
Step into the heart of our ATV community during our winter rally, a highlight that draws enthusiasts from across the province. Spanning vast territories and diverse conditions, from ice-covered paths to rugged connecting trails and well-established routes, the rally is an annual spectacle of adventure. Weather conditions may vary, as does the unique path we carve through the landscape.
Beyond the thrill of the ride, the LCATVA is a social club, weaving a tapestry of family-oriented activities throughout the year. Our events are not just about the trails; they're about creating lasting memories with loved ones.

LCATVA members are obligated to apply common sense and courteous trail etiquette. This includes pulling to the side of trails for passing hikers, cyclists or horses. Our members ride only on approved trails and we do not trespass on private property.

LCATVA members enjoy well cared for trails with natural vistas, wildlife viewing, and majestic overlooks. A network of scenic routes, on natural trails throughout our area, offers trail riders more than they generally expect. Our membership respects the environment and the interests of others.

The Club holds two large rallies each year in the Fall and Winter with attendance generally between 400 - 700 bikes. We also have many club events throughout the year, such as our annual Pig Roast.
